1) PAYMENT METHOD

2) RETURN POLICY/EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are more comfortable shopping with sellers who offer returns. Keeping the comfort level
of our valued customers, " The Surprise Express" is offering a refund/exchange policy. We accept the
return/exchange in the following conditions.

a. If wrong/defective items are delivered, we will take them back with a full refund or
replacement/exchange
b. Perishable items (cake, flowers, chocolates, fruits, etc.) will not be exchanged/refunded if correct
orders are delivered.
c. Other items will be refunded or exchanged within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of
order with the following terms:
a. Return your purchase with a receipt as proof of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
b. Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition including packaging and labeling.
c. Return of the item will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
